Need a tutorial on how to do this in Storyline 360.

Hi NalinDubey​  The author of the link you provided is Chris Hodgson at Discover elearning .  He offers tutorials for many of his builds, plus virtual workshops, training courses, and master classes.  The one you are interested in does offer a tutorial, I remember seeing it a while back and being intrigued - this is the direct link  Easter Bunny X-Ray Image Effect  it uses SL, javascript and GSAP.   I have seen a few other examples of how to create an x-ray technique using only SL in Articulate ELC section on this site, if they cannot be found search for "Skeleton Reveal" within this site.
