Need Help-Struggling to create this activity in storyline. Any ideas would be appreciated

Struggling to create this activity in storyline. Any ideas would be appreciated. 

Activity Prompt: “I will plan and deliver a [TYPE OF ACTIVITY] for [AUDIENCE] at [LOCATION] by [DATE] so to [IMPACT or OUTCOME] 

Drop-down options: 

  • [TYPE OF ACTIVITY]: first aid demo, interactive game, teamwork challenge, CPR session  
  • [AUDIENCE]: parents, youth members, schoolmates, local community 
  • [LOCATION]: Division night, school fair, community centre, open day 
  • [DATE]: next month, November 10, Term 4, during safety week  
  • [IMPACT or OUTCOME]: raise awareness, build confidence, practise skills, support inclusion

  • It is kind of fill in the blank with drop-down options. Challenge here is options should be different for each drop-down. I saw an example, and I felt overwhelming

  • I think this would be easier to do with a set of radio buttons for each "blank." To prevent the screen from being too cluttered, have each set be presented separately.

    For example, you could take the user through layers. On the first layer, they'd select the button for Type of Activity, and the next layer would have the Audience buttons, etc. (Or those selections could be done on separate slides.) 

    In either case, clicking a given button could adjust the value of an associated variable. So you could also show how their choices build into the completed sentence by displaying the variable references.
