Need help with crashing course

Hi,

I need help understanding why my course keeps crashing after the second choice. The right controls all seem to be there: show a layer when the user clicks "Next", and then navigate to the selected slide when the user clicks another button from the layer. Should be pretty straightforward. Yet, on slide 1.12, when the user clicks "Next", the correct layer is revealed and then the whole course crashes. 

I don't see anything on the destination slide 1.16 that should cause the navigation to crash like this, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. 

Any help would be so appreciated. .story file included.

    I tested your Review link and was able to replicate the issue. I'm seeing a blank white page as shown here in this quick Peek. I deleted the triggers and added them again, but experienced the same issue while previewing the course. I've opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on.
