Thanks for sharing your project file. Based on the published project that you provided, it looks like the interaction is just a sequence of slides showing the character changing and adding clothes. I've attached a demo file to show the basic mechanics of it.
I'll let other members of the community chime in so they can share alternative methods to do the interaction!
