Need tips on how to get rid of extra navigation buttons

Hello all!

I just completed creation of a course and I am trying to get rid of the navigation button to the right of the course content on each page. I do not need it as there is already a start button that can get you to each page along with clicking onto the pages numbers themselves at the bottom of the content page. Any help is greatly appreciated!
