Need to stop audio from replaying on revisited slide
Hi Detra
One way is to create a T/F variable (eg. audioComp) and default to false.
On the slide with the branches set two triggers in this order
- Stop media (audio file) when timeline starts on condition that variable (audioComp) is equal to True.
- Adjust variable (audioComp) to True when media completes (audio file)
So SL will read the first trigger, the variable isn't true yet so will play audio. At end of audio variable will change to True.
Subsequent visits - the variable is true so the first trigger kicks in and the audio shouldn't play.

Thanks!
That is an effective solution.
I also came up with one. I added a trigger to Stop Media when the timeline starts on the condition that if shape 1 was visited, OR shape 2 was visited....to include all 5 shapes. That worked fine as well.

Thank you Wendy! I tried following this route and it worked - here's the thing though, it worked only after I switched the slide's properties to 'when revisiting, resume saved state.'
