New Content Library Photos usage rights.

Sometimes we publish those PowerPoint presentations to the LMS using Presenter 360 and sometimes we create videos from the PowerPoints without using any Articulate products that we publish to the LMS. I understand that if a PowerPoint contains images from the Articulate library and it gets published with Presenter 360 it is safe because it is an Articulate output, but if the same PowerPoint gets published as a video on its own, bypassing any Presenter or Articulate product, is it safe to use?
Similarly, is it OK to use an image from the Articulate library in the LMS if it stands alone and not as part of an Articulate published output?
