Thanks for reaching out!

  • Do you notice any change if you publish a new version of your course to Review 360? 
  • Good to know you're using Edge! Have you tried using an incognito window or another browser? 
  • Are you experiencing this with any other courses, or just this one?

 

If you're still experiencing this issue, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a copy of your course to see if we can replicate this. You can share a copy of your course within a support case. We'll delete all files after troubleshooting is complete.

Hello --
Sorry just seeing this YES I'm still having the issue. I just published a course to review360 today and the custom blocks are not appearing. This is a different course then I posted above.
