New Custom Rise Blocks not Appearing in Review
Following! I have the same issue with a custom code block not working in Review, even though it works in the course Preview and also in the published course.

Hi cmarie021,
Sorry to hear that your Custom Blocks are not showing up in Review 360.
With Google Chrome, I tested a sample Custom Block that uses JavaScript to display a clock widget. Everything played back as expected when publishing to Review 360.
It sounds like your Custom Block only fails to display when publishing to Review 360, specifically. Our team recently fixed a Rise 360 bug that prevented Custom Blocks from displaying in Review 360. It's possible that your course was published while that bug was still active. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and publishing an updated version of the affected course?
If that doesn't do the trick, we'd love to take a closer look at your course and test it on our side. You can share it privately with our team through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

For me the code blocks appear fine in Review 360, but when publishing to PDF, it looks like this!

Hi JumiJoseph-5111,
Happy to share some insight on this.
Currently, this is the expected behavior for Rise 360 Code Blocks as they are not supported in PDF output. Our development team is aware of this limitation, and they are tracking requests to improve the functionality.
I've included your voice in that feature request, and we'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
