New Day, New Problem! :) Text-to-speech very choppy and parts missing
Hi Wendy,
Happy to help!
This is the text that was entered into the text-to-speech box for your audio, which doesn't match the text displayed on the slide.
The Surviving Spouse question is pre-filled when using ProFiler. Only change this if the answer is NOT "NO", if it is, Simply press Enter or click 'Next Question' to continue.
It also doesn't make use of SSML tags to add emphasis or pauses. Can you confirm if this text is correct? And have you considered adding SSML tags to your text to add emphasis to the output?

Sure, I thought you could see it. My bad. Here you go, it is supposed to say: 'Not quite, why don't you try again?'

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for the update. I edited my response just as you sent your reply but just to recap, it looks like the text that you entered in the text-to-speech field doesn't match the text on the slide. The text also didn't form a consistent message. Can you confirm if the text that was used to generate the audio is accurate?

If we are talking about the RETRY slide with the audio on the master, that wasn't working then Yes, it is accurate. But this is a different issue, I THINK, let me get you this audio, sorry, I think I misunderstood which THING we were talking about! LOL
Here is the text, and how I entered it.

if it is,
Simply press Enter or click 'Next Question' to continue.Probably not the best verbiage, but I could clean it up if I could hear what it sounded like. :D
