New div data-editor-id codes in Rise causing problems with translation
Hi KariMcKay,
Thanks for reaching out!
Could you please let me know which version of Trados your company uses? Does the program translate as expected if you select "en-us" for the course language? While I don't have experience using Trados to translate Rise 360 XLIFF files, several people in this discussion thread have used it, and the discussion might help shed some light on the behavior you're experiencing.

Thanks Jose, our Linguistics department is following up with 3rd-party vendors who are doing the translating using TRADOS. The in-house translators use different software. However, the en-us thing is different. If we don't use en-us, it doesn't work at all. If we use it, it still has those codes. As I mentioned in my second comment, I'm wondering if their software needs an update.

Hi KariMcKay,
It sounds like your translation app does need an update. You can try translating your courses using a free tool like Smartcat to see if you ran into the same issue. This will help isolate if the issue is specific to your version of Trados. Let us know how it goes!
