New fonts are not showing when I publish - HELP!

A team member designed a section of content in Storyline and shared the file with me. When I went to open the file, I was prompted by Storyline to download the three fonts that I did not have so that I can view the material as it was designed, and I did so. I restarted my computer, re-downloaded and opened the file (no more prompt from Storyline that I needed to download the fonts), and when I see the Storyline file, it looks great! 

HOWEVER, when I go to preview, or to publish, the previewed/published version show as if I do not have the correct font and it looks a complete mess. 

I feel like I am really close to having this resolved, and there must be some button that I need to press...can anyone help?

    We're happy to help! Which fonts are you asked to download?

    Would you mind sharing your project so I can see what it looks like when previewing and publishing? You can either attach the .story file to this public discussion or upload it privately in a support case.

    The fonts I downloaded were AvenirNext LT PRO BOLD, AvenirNext LT Pro Regular, DJB The Teacher Font
