new fonts installed, not seen by

Storyline wont recognise new font installed, after reboot, restart of app, however Word does, Any ideas?

    Hi Eric, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

    It appears that Storyline 360 is looking for a font titled 'AvenirNext LT Pro Demi' (No space in AvenirNext) and you have a font installed labeled 'Avenir Next LT Pro Demi'. The differences in spacing might be the reason why the font is not being recognized properly. 

    As a troubleshooting step, can you try uninstalling the font from your computer and downloading/installing from a source that has the same naming convention as the font that Storyline 360 is trying to locate? 

    If reinstalling the font doesn't work, open a support case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
