80091007 error when installing Storyline 360
This just started happening with (Build 3.114.36620.0) on Windows 11.
This happens whether we try to install from Articulate 360 desktop or directly from the Storyline 360 downloaded app.
I have logs enabled, where shall I send to?
Done, # 01341641.
Also, the prior, March 17 version installs fine.

I am having the same issue with the same error code trying to install this update on 4/8/2026. What is the solution?

Hello Luciana, IT has opened a case (01341641) as it is all users experiencing this issue. I am assuming you are working with our IT department. I think this might be on our end. Myself and my team and others in the industry were able to download the updates on our personal home accounts without issue.
