80091007 error when installing Storyline 360
Done, # 01341641.
Also, the prior, March 17 version installs fine.
I am having the same issue with the same error code trying to install this update on 4/8/2026. What is the solution?

Hello Luciana, IT has opened a case (01341641) as it is all users experiencing this issue. I am assuming you are working with our IT department. I think this might be on our end. Myself and my team and others in the industry were able to download the updates on our personal home accounts without issue.

Thanks for confirming that case number and additional details! I see that my colleague Darrell was able to resolve the issue with VeljkoRoskar​ by suggesting that they try uninstalling and running a repair of Storyline 360. Excellent news!
