New funcionality backgroung audio doesn't work when I publish to video format
What is necessary to do for the Storyline 's new tool "background audio" work for publish video format? Have a specific process?
It's work well when I published to review or LMS.

I'm happy to share that we have released a new update for Storyline 360 (Build 3.79.30834.0).
In this update, we have an enhancement where:
- Background audio is now supported in the published video output.
As a first step, I recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:

It sounds like you had some questions about the absence of background audio when publishing a Storyline 360 course to video. I'd be happy to share some insight on that!
Some course elements won't appear in your published video and that includes background audio. Not to worry! We currently have the ability to include background audio in published video output logged as a Feature Request! I'll be sure to include your voice in the report and will update this thread if the feature makes it onto our feature roadmap!
