Video continue to run in the backgroung or different tab
Hello, I prepared a training package with rise. But the videos inside continue to run in the background even if the tab is changed. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi Ozak! So sorry to hear that your videos inside tabs continue to run in the background even if you switch tabs. May I know what browser you are using? Does the behavior occur in all supported browsers?
Would you be able to share a video of the behavior with us?

I have the same problem in chrome and opera.
Hi Ozak!
Thanks for sharing! If you could record a screencast of the behavior it would be helpful in narrowing down the cause of the issue more quickly.
This article provides steps on how how to screen record with Peek 360!:
Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi there! Thanks for sharing the video! I noticed the same thing on my end. I think this is the behavior to expect with videos when the focus moves to another tab.
But we'd like to investigate this some more. Can you open a support ticket with us? We will be happy to investigate on this case as soon as we receive it.
Oddly enough, I am not experiencing this when I tested a video inserted in a video block. Not sure if that is an option for you, but you can give that a try to hopefully remedy this.
