Are you able to type their email address and press Enter? Have you tried using a different browser or incognito mode then entering the email addresses? If the issue persists, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers in a case. You can submit a case here!

I tried it in Chrome, and I was able to type the address in and add it that way. (I was previously using Edge, and it wouldn't let me type the address.) Thanks for your help!
