My reviewers are not able to add comments since the update.
Previously reviewers did not have to have an account, in order to review modules. Do reviewers now have to create an account to view modules?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Yes, you are correct - reviewers do not need an Articulate ID to view published Review 360 content. Would you mind sharing which courses you are having trouble with by opening a case with our support team here so our engineering team can investigate why your reviewers are experiencing issues with being able to add comments?
