New In Review 360: Share Link Permissions
This has been working fine for most cases but today we faced an issue where 1 of the reviewers is unable to access the review link. When i try to add the email if of the reviewer, it says the person does not have an articulate account where as they have already created an id.

Can I ask where exactly are you trying to add the email address of the reviewer? Review 360 links are publicly accessible so your reviewer should still be able to access it without needing to be added anywhere. Can I ask if you are adding users for the purposes of requesting a review? If not, please share a screenshot of the error you're seeing here so we can check what's happening.

a case was registered and is now solved. It was a technical issue.
