I also have a similar issue. I made changes to a Rise module and shared it with the SME but when she opens the link ( she does not have Articulate) she does not see the changes, however I can clearly see it on my side.

If your SMEs are viewing a Review 360 link of your published course, please ask them if they're viewing the correct version of your course.
If it is the Rise 360 share link that they're viewing, please have them clear their browser's cache instead to see if this fixes the issue.
