Hi, everyone. We appreciate all your valuable feedback on 64-bit Storyline 360!
As of May 2024, this app is no longer in beta. You can still share your experience in this discussion or the feature request form.

Hi Jerry!
Happy to help with this!
Would you be comfortable sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing when you access the Help/About window in 64-bit Storyline 360? On my end, a small 'x64' is displayed next to 'Storyline 360'.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

It does show the x64 initially, however when re-launching the course, it reverts back to just Storyline 360.

Hi Jerry,
Happy to help!
You might have your Storyline 360 projects set to open using the 32-bit version of by default which is why you are seeing the 32-bit version when a course is reopened. Here's how to set the default version to the 64-bit one:
- Right-click on any Storyline 360 project file, click on 'Show more options', and choose properties. Click on 'Change' to the right of the 'Opens with:' option.
- Scroll down until you find the 'Choose an app on your PC' option.
- Navigate to this folder: C:\Program Files\Articulate\360\Storyline x64
- Select this icon, and then click on 'Set default':
- Click on 'Ok' in the properties window.
The next time you open a Storyline 360 project file, you should now see the 64-bit version initializing.
Let me know if you have any questions!
