    There have been multiple posts about issues with revisiting layers. Supposedly, the April update fixed them...

    Since you are using the latest update, I suggest you contact support.

    And, since the previous version worked for you, I suggest you revert to that version. You can access other versions via the Articulate 360 app.

Chiming in to say that I have also experienced this issue on the latest version and have submitted a case with Support. I'm going to try JudyNollet​'s suggestion to roll back and publish on a version where we didn't see this behaviour and will report back!
