Newly SCORMd courses not launching on LMS

Hi team,
Looking for any help here! The courses seem to work fine in SCORM cloud but I'm getting a massive error from the LMS. See attached which is spooled out when the course fails to open.

We're using SCORM 2004 4th Edition, all previously added courses are working fine.

Any ideas what may have changed?
