Next button flashes briefly even though hidden/disabled

Restricted Navigation worked for one of the modules. But... I am having trouble with it in a few other modules. These other modules are set up so that the Next button should not appear at all until the user revisits the slide.

In one module, the slide triggers are set up so that the slide jumps automatically to the next slide when the timeline ends. Ideally, then when they revisit the slide, the Next button should be in Normal state so that a user can skip over the slide they watched and don't have to wait until the timeline ends until it advances. But, what's happening, is that the Next button is briefly flashing at the beginning of the slide the first time the slide is visited. 

Can I send my file to you to review to see what's going on?
