NEXT Button not working

I am also having a problem with the next button advancing. On one slide it will not advance but the rest are working perfectly. Any suggestions?

(It is a very long 51 s audio annotated slide).

    Hi Lisa

    are you using the inbuilt player menu and do you have it set to restricted?

    are you using SL2 or SL360?

    what triggers do you have associated with the slide?

      Hi Wendy,

      I am using Storyline 2 with my own player, and the navigation restriction is set to free.

        Hard to say without seeing the trigger setup Lisa, can you share the .story file or just the slide in question and the one following it.
