Next Buttons Not Working
I am running into an issue with my Next buttons not switching to Active once the timeline completes - but only for some users! I published a new course to our LMS (HealthStream). About 100 people have completed it, and 10 or so have had issues with the Next button staying disabled even after the timeline reaches the end. It is happening on a slide with a video, and then a slide with an interaction (both slides have the timeline end trigger).
I completed it as a student, and did not run into any issues, neither did the 90 or so users that have completed it.
What could be causing this?
For the video switch it to when media completes (better for videos), for the interaction I would have to have a look 10%^ is quite a lot of suers so maybe something wrong with the slide.

The interaction issue has only happened for one user! (I should have clarified that)
