No Reply from Support requests
I have opened two cases with support, one two weeks ago and another a week ago as I have had no response. It has become urgent.
I have checked all folders, I have had no reply go to spam etc.

Hi LynseyKuye! I'm so glad you reached out because that is not expected. I see that your cases are not assigned to our Support team but rather to one of our partners. I'm going to reach out to that Partner directly to have them contact you to help with your subscription.
In the future, I'd recommend sending us an email at mailto:support@articulate.com as that team is available 24/7 and can escalate any urgent requests. Our team that assists here in ELH is available during standard EST business hours.
I'm sorry there has been such a delay!
