Not able to export or publish course from Storyline
When I try to export a course, Storyline appears to load and then crashes. I'm not able to retrieve the zip, but the unzipped files appear. I tried zipping the files, but the SCORM package does not work in the LMS.

is there any error message if storyline crashes?
if you create the zip manually, be sure to zip the contents of the publish folder - not the folder itself

Unfortunately, there is no error message when storyline crashes.

Additionally, when it crashes it is not exporting all the files that exist to manually create the zip.

what happens if you create a new empty story file and publish?

I was able to export to a zip file with a new empty file.

then your storyline installation is ok, the problem seems your .story file(s)
you should submit a support case
or - if the contents of the course are not secret - upload the .story file here in the forum as attachment

are you saving your .story files or publish in a cloud folder (which automatically synchronizes) ?
storyline does not like this at all !

Saving it as a .story file, I have submitted a support case based on the nature of the content.
Hi Melizza,
Are you working on the same course as Cassidy? If this is a separate issue, please feel free to share your file with us here or privately in a support case for further testing!
Hi Cassidy,
I see my teammate, Johnrey, has tested your course in a support case. Although they could not replicate the reported behavior, it's possible the issue is due to specific fonts in your course that they don't have installed on their computer. Can you try replacing your fonts with built-in ones? We'll continue the conversation in your case to keep all information in one place!
