Not able to open preview / share link from presentation
Dear all,
We would like to use / open the share link from a (powerpoint) presentation. This however does not seem to work as it re-directs to the Articulate homepage.
Any idea how to solve this?...
I'm having the same problem, The Rise share link which was added to a Powerpoint as a hyperlink is opening the Articulate Home page and not the course. The same link when pasted as an url in a browser opens the course no problems.
Thanks for sharing the Powerpoint presentation, Theodore. I just tried it, and I could open the Rise share link just fine.
For now, can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, restart your browser and try again?
