Not getting Audio while publish for Articulate Review 360

Hi Team, I have published 2-3 courses for Articulate Review 360, Publishing and uploading is successful. But while accessing the course, audio is not coming. I have checked the published course on...

I am not able to hear audio from the review link you have shared and also I have changed the settings as suggested but still not resolved.

Thanks for the update! Do you hear audio on other websites like YouTube?

    Hello Lauren,

    I can hear audio from the other slides and even if the video is inserted in the course, I can hear that as well. 

    I tried the changes suggested but not worked.
