Not receiving email notifications for comments in Review

I've opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on. One of my teammates will be in touch via email, but in the meantime, you'll want to confirm that notifications-no-reply@articulate.com is added to your address book. You might need the help of your IT team for that!
Kelly- I'm having the same problem, plus I am not receiving emails with links to Rise SCORM files. I have added notifications-no-reply@articulate.com to my contacts and "safe sender" lists and verified it's not on my blocked senders list. Nothing is coming to my junk folder, plus I changed my junk settings to 'no filter.' The email address on my account is correct, and I have my Review notifications set to "All Activity." My colleagues are receiving their Articulate notifications, so it's not a firewall issue. Can you help?

I’ve gone ahead and opened a support case on your behalf, so our team can take a closer look at what’s blocking those emails. Since your colleagues are receiving notifications and you’ve already ruled out spam and mail settings, this will allow us to check things like account-level suppression and get it resolved.
