Notes Formatting not showing in Preview Mode
I have attempted to change the line spacing in the Paragraph settings, but it is still showing the same thing. It is a bug with the newest version because when I downloaded an older version, the issue went away.
Same issue here!! Changing paragraph settings (spacing) is only visible in the notes while editing. After publishing or when previewing, the the spacing effect is gone.

Hi HanWijnands,
Thanks for reaching out!
As my colleague JoseTansengco mentioned earlier in this discussion, can you please share a screenshot of what your paragraph settings currently are set to?
In the meantime, I'd be happy to share the workaround my colleague Jorge shared within Taylor's support case to see if that helps the spacing in your Notes tab:
- Select a slide within your course.
- Highlight the text in the Notes tab.
- In the Home menu, click the small icon at the bottom-right corner of the Paragraph section.
- Remove the 18 pt Spacing in the After and put the 18 pt in Before.
- Click OK.
If you are still having difficulty using the paragraph formatting options, feel free to share your .story file with us in this thread or privately in a support case! We'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

LucianaPiazzaJust as a heads up, I have not heard anything back from my support case. You and EricSantos both mentioned Jorge replied to me but I haven't gotten any communication. Changing the spacing to before instead of after isn't what I'm looking for. I need the spacing after. This is an issue with the new update, as the older version does not do this. The file isn't corrupt because this is happening with every file I open with the newest version.

Hi TaylorSakinsky-,
Thanks for letting us know!
Looking at your case, I see that Jorge responded with troubleshooting steps on January 7th and forwarded that email again yesterday. Please check your spam/junk folder in case they end up there. You may also need to ask your email admin to add support@articulate.com to your allowlist. I'll contact Jorge to let them know you haven't received their responses. Thank you for working through this with us!

Hi Taylor,
OK...that indeed fixed the issue. Had had the extra spacing in the "After" field. Thanks!
