Notes pane font changes once published

I saw on another posting "Notes pane font" that this was a bug that was supposedly corrected in the latest release of Storyline 360, but I am running into the issue post-update. The font in Notes is set as Arial 11 white for all scenes, and some scenes show correctly once published, but others (randomly) show part grey and part white or all grey, and the line spacing is different for the grey text. I don't see a way to fix this. Please help!
