Notification when seats are running low?
Do admins receive notifications when we're running low on Learner Seats, and what happens if we run out? Will learners encounter an error message?

Yes! As your usage approaches purchased limits, you will receive notifications to add additional active learners. You can also request to buy more learners by clicking “Unlock More Learners” in the top bar of your Reach 360 instance and our experts will support you in choosing a plan that best fits your needs. Otherwise, you can contact Sales directly to start the process.
Learners who are currently assigned to courses will still be able to take the courses, but you won't be able to add any more learners after exhausting the limit.
