Off the edge

I am having a web issue with my 360 products. When I preview the projects they appear fine and all fit within the player window. When I post them online, however, the "t" from the "print" tab at the top right is off the page and some of the graphics are also off the page on the right.

Is there a way to adjust the iframe margins to accommodate the entire slide?

THANKS for any help!!

  • Hi,

If you are using an iframe, you can look at the iframe embed code. You should see values for both width and height. You could try setting the width to (100%). If that doesn't work, you can also try using actual pixel values. For example, if you want the width to be 1280 pixels, you can use the value (1280px).

If things don't look right in your browser, you might also adjust the zoom setting on your browser and see if you can get it where it looks right.

Thank you. I'll check the zoom feature. I already have the iframe set at 100% and tried pixels.

I just checked and tested various browser zoom %s and it changes nothing :(. The print and Notes areas are part of the player. Is there a way to adjust these in the player?

        Hi SylviaWright!

Great to see Kendal has been helping you!

Sorry to hear you're struggling with the playback of a Storyline course that's been published to Web. Currently, Storyline only allows you to reposition Player Tabs from Right to Left by adjusting the position of the Player Sidebar. These settings can be found under Player Properties > Features.

However, the Player Properties does offer three different Browser Settings that can also be adjusted.

These are located under Player Properties > Other. I suggest experimenting with different Player size configurations, to see if it improves the browser issue you shared.

Let me know how it goes!

I tried both ways. Alas, it's still off the screen. THANK YOU for helping
