Ongoing issues inserting Storyline block into Rise

Can anyone from Aritculate staff offer me a solution that doesn't require such a work around? I'm having persistent, time consuming issues with Aritculate of late.

    I see that my teammate Phil is working with you directly in a case, starting with clearing any environmental factors with your machine and network. Please continue to reply to him, and hopefully we'll have a resolution to share back in E-Learning Heroes soon!
