Online Animation tools that have timeline and element locking functionality
I am using storyline as an animation tool to make gifs and videos. This isn't what it's designed for but it's the best animation tool that I can get installed on my computer.
Are there other online animation tools that you could recommend?
PowerPoint lets you export a deck as a video or animated GIF. That may or may not suit your needs, but it's worth looking into.
