open ended question - text box remembers answer of previous open ended question

hi all,

can someone help me on the following: I have several open ended questions with feedback. I have used a work-around found on this website to make sure that hitting the enter button gets the learner on a new line instead of submitting the answer. I have applied that to all open-ended questions, but somehow it now remembers the given answers of previous open ended questions. So that means when I am entering question 2, i can see the answer of question 1 in the text field etc. How do I remove that? I have attached a file if someone wants to look at it.
