Opening a PDF in a New Tab
Good day, is the a way to have PDF open up in new tabs instead of me having to download it for viewing purposes?

Did you upload your PDF via an Attachment block or insert it via Multimedia > Embed block? Is the file stored locally on your machine or hosted on an external website? Are you previewing the Rise course, viewing it in Review 360, or hosting it in an LMS/Webpage?
Your web browser, most likely, determines how PDF documents are handled. Chrome has a Privacy & Security setting that allows you to download PDF documents rather than open them in a new tab. Also, your browsers periodically receive a security update that changes this behavior.
