Opening Storyline
I am trying to get started with Storyline. I have downloaded the Articulate 360 desktop app. When I open the app, I am not prompted with the option to download or open Storyline. I thought I had downloaded it in the past so maybe that is part of the issue? Regardless, I'm unable to open Storyline. Can someone please advise. This is what I see when I open the desktop app. I'm not sure where to go to open up storyline and start working in it.

The picture you attached shows the online access for Articulate 360: the Dashboard, Rise, Review, etc.
The desktop app looks like this:
Launch that from your Start menu. With the app, you should be able to download and then open Storyline.

I'm glad you reached out for help. As JudyNollet mentioned, the screenshot you attached shows your Rise 360 dashboard. To access Storyline 360, you'll first need to download the Articulate 360 Desktop app. Here's where to start:
- Navigate to 360.articulate.com and select Dashboard on the top of the page
- On the right side of the page, select Download Desktop Apps
Once the desktop app is installed, you'll be able to find it by selecting the Articulate icon on your desktop. That brings up the app console that Judy shared in their reply. If you need any help, please let me know!
