Ownership of Rise Courses

Agreeing with the issues regarding ownership of Articulate Rise content in a large organization.  

We utilize both internal employees as well as external partners to create our e-learning content. 

We need a solution that guarantees we have a comprehensive library of all content created using any of our corporate team licenses.  

Having to rely on individuals to remember to add contributors or transfer ownership per course to others is not a good model.  It is inefficient and leaves a lot of room for error.

As others have recommended, having the ability to setup a generic support account would be beneficial.  This generic account should have the capacity to be configured as an automatic co-owner of all content created using the team licenses by default.  This would ensure that businesses have a comprehensive library of all courses and the ability to administer access to this content as needed.

A great deal of time and expense is involved in generating these courses, as a corporation we need functionality within the software that assists our ability to retain and manage our content.
