Ownership of Rise Courses

I'd like to add my voice to this request too.  We are a large team and can have three people updating things at once and the last one in usually publishes but we now have to go back to the "owner" to get that done.  Also as a collaborator I can't then add in another collaborator, again I have to go back to the owner.  We are not all in the same office so we'd like a central spot to keep all our rise courses as it is if someone in another office is asked to update a resource they have to email everyone to find out who the owner is to give them access, we thought as a team account we would be able to access all of our Rise lessons regardless of who "owns" them.  I'd like to see a working spot that only I can access then publish or move to a team spot where anyone could access, update and publish from.
