Ownership of Rise Courses
Just checking back in on the progress for a solution to managing Rise content. I am hoping there is a timeframe in which this will be addressed.
As mentioned before an ideal solution would include the ability to have an administrator type account that has access and permissions to all content created using an corporate purchased license. Most organizations expect to have access and oversight to any data and content created in their work environment.
In addition a solution is needed that makes it easier to handle situations for moving content between accounts in situations such as personnel changes or perhaps contractors that initially create content that will later be maintained by a full time employee.
Finally, it is important to not have functionality halted due to restrictions resulting from ownership limitations.
Appreciate all your efforts in addressing our concerns.
Thank you,
Mary Anne
Hi Mary Anne,
Thank you for sharing your feedback here.
I don’t currently have any updates, but you are now subscribed to this conversation which means as we share updates here, you’ll automatically be notified.
We do have feature requests logged for making it easier to transfer courses among teammates and for the ability to give publishing rights to non-owner collaborators. It sounds like you have some other ideas about how to make collaborating in Rise easier - would you be up for telling us more about them in a feature request?
If there is anything else I can help with please reach out!
