Unless I'm misreading your question and sample, this appears to be a basic drag and drop.  Each Drag Item has a single correct Drop Target

Yes but it will require you to use states to create the effect. In the example below, if you drag RESAH to the correct target, the state of the underlying rectangle changes to show the line.
