Paragraph line spacing 'Single' has different spacing in same file on different computers
A colleague of mine created a Storyline file that I am now working on and when I open up the file, certain text boxes have a different line spacing even though they are set to 'Single',. When they open the exact same file up, with no other changes made to the file, the spacing on my version of the file is larger than theirs.
This is a screenshot from their PC. The Line Spacing is set as 'Single' and the box on the left clearly shows the the text fits on the slide with plenty of room at the bottom.
When I open up the EXACT same file that they sent me, this is what I see in the screenshot below. You can see that the Paragraph settings are EXACTLY the same, including the Line Spacing is set to 'Single' and yet the text box clearly has larger line spacing and barely fits on the bottom of the screen. If I manually change the Line Spacing to 'Exactly = 16', I get the correct spacing.
It appears that I will now have to manually update all of these boxes one at a time. This is not isolated to just one box or even one slide. It's on almost all of the slides in this file. This file is a 'template' file that I am being asked to use on dozens of future lessons I will be working on and since we are converting existing lessons to the new look and feel of this template (and this template is actively being updated by several people on our team as this project moves forward) I need to ensure that everything is exactly the same for everyone on our team.
How do I fix this globally in the file or on my system?
Thanks!
