Pasting an element to a different slide changes its color and appearance.
When I paste certain elements from one slide to another, their colors change. All the slides have the same color theme applied. One element in particular has been problematic.
I have an orange circle with a white arrow. When I paste it to another slide, the arrow turns black. When I change the arrow's color back to white manually, the arrow appears to have a dark border around it, even though "No outline" is set and there are no effects applied to it.
Image attached to illustrate. Why does Storyline change the colors when this element is pasted?

Hi amorrissen!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
I tested this on my end, in the current version of Storyline 360, but could not replicate the same issue. After applying the 'Graph Paper' Theme color to a Slide, copying/pasting a Marker to subsequent Slides, worked as expected.
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Does this issue occur with only certain objects, as well as certain Theme Colors? If so, can you share which ones specifically?
- Are you working with locally-stored .story files? Working off of a network, or shared drive may introduce unexpected behavior.
- Have you tried a repair of your Storyline installation to see if that corrects the issue?
If you're still having trouble, it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file you've been working with. Feel free to share that here in this discussion or privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
