Pause button only pauses media?

Using Storyline 360, modern player:

Is there a way to make the player pause/play button pause the slide and layer timelines? It's only pausing the audio narration and that is seriously messing with the slide synchronization.

    Hi Joshua,

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    The player play/pause button can only control the base layer by design, since slide layers are mainly used to display additional slide content. You can try designing your own play/pause button instead so you can associate as many triggers as you need to control the timelines of objects in your slides.
