Pausing/Resuming audio when leaving presentation to go to intranet
As an update, I did hear from Customer Support, and they told me that it was setup properly and working as it should. I tried it again, and it still started the audio over from the beginning of the slide when returning to the "player". I played around further and found that I am having that issue because our IT department has Chrome setup as our default browser. When I open it in Firefox, it does work as it should. I am not sure if anyone else has run into this, or if anyone has a way to force Chrome to work properly, but I would love to here if anyone else has had an issue like this.

Your IT department clearly has group policies enforced in Chrome, which you can't change yourself. You'll need to ask them to add your course domain to the TabDiscardingExceptions policy. It’s just my opinion based on reading into this issue.
