PDF Formatting
Most of my students prefer a PDF version to be available for digital note-taking. The formatting in PDFs is pretty terrible, namely the awkward page breaks that occasionally split an image or text or create almost totally blank pages. Any advice on how to build the blocks so that they flow better in a PDF?
Thanks,

Subscribing to this page. I didn't realize quite what a mess this Export to PDF functionality was currently. Articulate, please work on this!

Yes, this is a problem area for our team, as well. We have some contractors who need to take the courses outside of our LMS, as well as folks that have accessibility issues. The exported PDF is just a mess. It is too many pages, it's not user friendly, and it takes me an extraordinary amount of time to clean them up in order to share them with our users. Thank you for working on this feature.
Hi Allison!
For those learners who need to take the course outside of the LMS, could you share a web link instead of a PDF? Here's how you can do that!

A web link doesn't help much if you need a print version. Has this been fixed yet? I'm having the same problem and it's been over 2 years since this thread started.

Hi Admin IPHCC. I am sorry to hear that the web link doesn't work for you. We don't have an update to share yet, but as soon as we do, we will post it here. Thank you.

Any update on the PDF function - it actually appears to have become worse rather than better lately!?!
Hi Fiona! We haven't made any changes to the PDF export feature lately. If something doesn't look right, please send the PDF to our team here and we'll take a closer look!

Respectfully, Alyssa...if I hear "it isn't on our roadmap right now" one more time, when we have been waiting YEARS for the most basic of improvements to an expensive product....

We are also having this issue. Has anyone figured out a work around since it seems Articulate isn't interested in fixing this issue that is clearly a problem for many of its customers?!

No one at Articulate seems bothered to fix this!!! If you read the thread of complaints, it goes back 5 years. Sorry - not good enough!
